备份源文件

sudo mv /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.bak

编辑源文件

sudo vim /etc/apt/sources.list

添加内容

解决办法

先将https改为http，等apt-get update和重新安装ca-certificates后再改回来，再执行一次apt-get update

步骤一

编辑/etc/apt/sources.list文件，改https为http。

步骤二

执行apt更新和创新安装证书

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install --reinstall ca-certificates

步骤三

将/etc/apt/sources.list文件中的http为https。

步骤四

再次更新apt源。

sudo apt-get update
